On February 27th, there will be a snow moon. This snow moon can be difficult as we look forward to the snow, the ice melting, and waiting for the arrival of spring. This moon was actually named for the lack of food provided due to harsh winter conditions. Yet, unlike our ancestors, we have the privilege to purchase our foods and nourish ourselves despite the weather. Let us now come together to honor our past while, at the same time, nourish our mind and body with love and gratitude!
